Tom MacKay is an experienced Yoga teacher in North London. He has taught popular classes at several Health Clubs in London and is now offering Yoga and Pilates in Enfield, Palmers Green and Southgate. He trained as a Personal Fitness trainer over 20 years ago and also holds black belts in two martial arts. Having researched as many approaches to solving back pain from injuries, he found a long term solution with Pilates and Yoga.

Tom is passionate about teaching and helping students improve their fitness, manage stress, improve their posture and build resistance to aches and pains.
